Fresh juices and vegetarian meals in the Gerson Therapy

Dr. Gerson gave seriously ill patients fresh juice every hour, freshly pressed, organic, free of poisons, rich in the best nutrients, minerals and enzymes. It is all described in Dr. Gerson's book "A Cancer Therapy: Results of Fifty Cases and the Cure of Advanced Cancer ". "We give a fresh glass of juice every hour: five glasses of apple-carrot juice, three glasses of plain carrot juice and we give liver capsules with it, four glasses of juice from leafy type greens rich in chlorophyll, iron, nutrients, enzymes, everything the body has been lacking over the years.
We also give three full vegetarian meals and a fruit plate every day. By drinking the juice, you get an enormous flooding of nutrients, minerals, enzymes, and vitamins which start to flush out the kidneys. The nutrients go into the tissues, into the cells and force out the poisons, and all those poisons are released into the blood stream. The liver filters them out. You have to help the liver get rid of them, and there is only one way - by opening the bile ducts", and Dr. Gerson did this with the famous and much joked about coffee enemas which is the key to successful treatment.

SNACKS : Example diets for pancras disorders

I have been diagnosed with pancreatitis and pancreas cysts upon other things I already have.
Pancreatitis and pancreas disorders can come from alcohol (but I drink only one time every week!), fat or cholesterol ( I am having a little cholesterol level), internal surgery inflammation ( I had my spleen taken out!), medication ( I had chemotherapy for lymphoma) and stress ( I had a problem with my wife)
So all these can make pancreas active because it is the center of insulin regulation wich control sugar levels of the blood, and any of the above conditions can trigger high sugar or low sugar blood levels, thus making the pancreas work harder and having trouble.

So I have now pancreatitis and pancreas cysts which I faced with acute pain in the stomach region and was confirmed after a PET scan, hospitalization and 4 days of all body tests including Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Blood etc... during wich I was forced not to eat for 3 days .

The pain has gone but what to eat now?

After Research and nutritionist advice I am trying every day something new that can relieve my stomach and let the pancreas work gently avoiding pain and pressing on the digestive system and at the same time give me all the vitamins calories and satisfaction in my meals.

This diet is based on 5 to 6 snacks with 2 to 3 hours intervals and as little as possible every time (50 to 100 grams) of food and one small cup of water , tea or juice.Fresh Fruits and vegetables should be considered as whole meals instead of the usual cooked meals.

The schedule of snacks  is like this:
- 1st snack:
7 to 9 morning
- 2nd snack
After 2 or 3 hours
At 11 or 12
- 3d snack
From  13.00 to 15.00
- 4th snack
At 18.00 - 19.00
- 5th snack
At 21.00 - 22,00
-  last something if you want, at midnight ( a very little portion
of emental cheese or any cheese containing Rennet)

What am I eating now?

I am taking breakfast (sorry ! first snack) at 9 in the morning and I am eating:

- One egg white cooked without oil
- One banana
- One toast bread
- A cup of green tea creamed with soya drink

Yesterday I took for first snack!

- 2 sliced turkey Ham
- One banana
- Green tea creamed with soya drink
- Little cookie

WHAT CAN I EAT IF I HAVE PANCREATITIS?

When acute pancreatitis is first diagnosed, patients are often admitted to the hospital for 2 - 5 days and are restricted to a clear liquid diet.
The pancreas, while inflamed, is essentially having difficulty getting the digestive enzymes to the stomach. They remain trapped inside the pancreas instead.
Once the condition begins to clear up (pain and tenderness in the abdomen have subsided) you should limit yourself to a low to fat free diet.
Some examples of foods that can be eaten include; fruits (avoid avocado), veggies, whole wheats, fish, chicken and eggs.
You do not eat  red meats and junk food, butter, margarine, oils, cheese, whole or 2% milk and mayonnaise

PANCREAS DISORDERS - PANCREATITIS

Infection, high fat level in the blood, certain medicines and surgery, gallstones and alcoholism, cancer, lymphoma
are some of the causes of pancreatitis. The predominant symptom is pain followed by fever, nausea, fatigue, swollen abdomen and low blood pressure and even PASS OUT.
One of the signs is high white blood level leukocytes (15 and more)
When the gland gets inflamed the surrounding blood vessels too swell and the digestive juices which get trapped in the gland start digesting the pancreas itself.

Tips To Cure Pancreatitis Naturally

Baking Soda

Baking soda is required to rebuild the lost bicarbonate and restore it to its normal levels in the body. Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink two or three times daily. You will notice the improvement In about two week’s time. To the baking soda you can also add a quarter teaspoon of sea salt to enhance the salinity and strengthen the immune system. It also keeps the pancreas well hydrated.

Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera has wide ranging healing powers and is considerably used in treating pancreatitis. It has anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties which soothe the inflamed pancreas and rids it of harmful toxins.  Drink half a cup of aloe vera juice daily to protect the pancreas and maintain the balance of the digestive juices.

Beets

Beets are full of essential nutrients that boost the body’s energy levels and promote a feeling of well being and relaxation. Beets have concentrated amounts of the nutrient betaine which nourishes the pancreas and maintains its health. It also detoxifies the pancreas and helps it to function normally. Drink one glass of fresh beetroot juice daily.

Spinach

Pancreatitis cure
Spinach has great antioxidant properties which eliminate the free radicals and prevent pancreatitis. It also reduces the swelling and the pain. Spinach is rich in iron and vitamin B which help to repair the pancreas and enhance its function. Eat tender spinach leaves in salads with every meal.

Soy

Soy is rich in proteins and abounds in essential amino acids, omega 3 fatty acids and isoflavones. It stabilizes the sugar levels in the blood by releasing sugar slowly and gradually. When you are suffering from pancreatitis you should avoid red meat at all costs. Tofu made out of soy is an excellent substitute for meat and provides valuable proteins which control the fat level in the blood. Other soy products that you can include in your diet are soy milk and curd, soya oil and soya flour.

ACID REFLUX AND STOMACH BACK FLOW: A HERBAL MAGIC

ACID  AND STOMACH BACK FLOW: A HERBAL MAGIC

THE ACID STOMACH AND A SENSE OF REFLUX AND BURN MAY BE TREATED WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS AS HERBAL AND ANTACIDS FOOD

There are two alternatives:

1-neutralize "acid" foods with chemically "basic", following the methods of folk medicine.

2-Or in an extreme case where nothing goes to the heart of the problem and stop acid production with a drug.

Processes for popular Herbal Tea magic one I tried with success: make a tea Anise (aniseed): boiling water, a tablespoon of anis for a minute or two. add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder and mix well or 3-4 sticks of cinnamon. Cool slightly. Add a pinch or two of baking soda. Add Baking powder or baking powder (not yeast). This tea rule one hundred percent acidity and balanced the stomach.

Products on the market
Another alternative:
Eno, a product I've tried and which is composed of sodium bicarbonate, very efficient and fast, if you are outside of the house
Ranacid 75. drug dealing with acidity at its base and momentarily stops its production, to restore balance in the stomach.
But I found after my personal experience, the acidity is generally momentannée and relationship with food we eat during the day, if it was not chronic problems in the stomach, as ulcer or gastric unbalance important, it is better to take the path of alternative medicine and content of the first two choices.

Otherwise you have to see a doctor.
